Investigative Interviewing Training

Recognising that investigation meetings are the ‘golden thread’ running through workplace investigation case management, we have developed and launched the only vocational qualification in the world that accredits forensic  “Investigative Interviewing” (Level 3 Certificate on the Ofqual Framework).

Delivered online or face to face in two units, themselves divided into manageable modules, Unit 1 delivers technical knowledge and now attracts its own Skillsfirst award “Dealing with Difficult (Workplace) Conversations. When combined with Unit 2 delegates can achieve a Level 3 qualification to conduct investigative interviews in their specific work sector.
